Are you over 65? Do you feel unsteady on your feet? Have you previously fallen or worry about falling?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then Steady Steps may be a suitable program for you.

Steady Steps is an 8-week group exercise program for people aged over 65 who have experienced a fall or have concerns about falling.

The program is designed to help improve balance and stability and build independence in daily living.

After completing an initial assessment with an exercise physiologist, you will receive an exercise plan tailored to your specific needs, goals, ability, and fitness levels.

Throughout 8-weeks, you will then meet with our friendly facilitators who will carefully guide and support you through weekly group exercise sessions.
