Join Nourish & Move, our eight-week group program of supports for NDIS participants, designed to help you develop new skills, confidence and motivation to achieve your unique healthy living goals.

Learn how to prepare and cook low-cost, healthy meals in weekly 45-minute nutrition education sessions, facilitated by our dedicated dietitian.

Get closer to reaching your movement goals in weekly 45-minute exercise sessions, led by our exercise physiologist, customised to your needs and goals.

Nourish & Move uses a strengths-based approach to support you to change your healthy lifestyle behaviours.

Carers, family and support workers are welcome to attend the sessions with you.

Accessing this service

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for Nourish & Move, you must:

  • Be aged 18 years and over.
  • Be registered with the NDIS.
  • Have the Capacity Building Supports categories, Improved Health and Wellbeing or Improved Daily Living.

Who facilitates the program?

Nourish & Move is facilitated by highly qualified Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
