Our Wellbeing Coaches can support you to manage concerns, develop strategies to improve your wellbeing and strengthen your social support networks.
They can support you to maintain your healthy lifestyle habits if you are experiencing:
- Mental health challenges;
- Constant worry, avoidance or anxiety;
- Chronic pain flare-ups; and
- Low motivation or uncertainty towards starting and continuing healthy lifestyle habits.
Wellbeing Coaches provide phone-based support and appointments are only 30 minutes in duration. This means you can access the Wellbeing Service while balancing other commitments, such as work or study, and in a place where you feel comfortable.
