Balancing work, family, and life commitments? Online is a great option!
It offers flexibility in when, where and how long you participate, giving you choice over the educational topics that you engage in.
The online program runs for 6 weeks and includes phone appointments, digital resources, and motivational text messages.
Do you enjoy exercising with others?
The in-person program runs for 6–8 weeks and includes an exercise physiology assessment, weekly group exercise sessions, and optional nutrition education over the phone.
You may be eligible if you live in Gawler, Barossa, Port Pirie or Port Lincoln, or are closely located to these areas.
Note: People living in metropolitan Adelaide are not eligible to participate.

Getting started with Healthy Habits is easy! You can refer yourself or ask a health professional to make a referral.

Once we receive your referral, we will contact you and complete a health screening before starting the program.
