Our comprehensive mental health service

Following a ‘no wrong door’ approach, Sonder works with the Adelaide Primary Health Network’s Central Referral Unit to provide a single point of entry to mental health services. Offering intake, assessment, triage and referrals, Sonder connects people with the right service.

We offer a wide range of mental health services under the one roof. Clients can access appropriate mental health care aligned to their individual needs and can easily move between programs to suit their changing support needs.

Sonder is focused on integration with the broader health care system. Where necessary, we support clients to refer to services outside of Sonder to ensure their needs are fully met.
