An update on Sonder’s Allied Health Solutions program
Sonder’s Allied Health Solutions program supports individuals living with (or at risk of developing) an ongoing, chronic medical condition to access a network of allied health providers to enable them to better manage their health, including dietitians, physiotherapists, diabetic educators, exercise physiologists and podiatrists, at no cost.
As of 1 July 2022, Sonder’s Allied Health Solutions program will change its name to Integrated Primary Care. The name change is a result of a request from our funders, Country SA PHN (Primary Health Network) to ensure providers of the program across the Country SA PHN region deliver the program under one consistent name.
We are also pleased to announce that our service delivery region has expanded. In addition to providing services in the regions of Yorke Peninsula, Mid North and Lower North, we now deliver allied health services in the Lower Fleurieu Peninsula region and Kangaroo Island.
