Student placements

Sonder provides regular placement opportunities to assist students in developing the skills required to practice confidently and competently in their chosen profession.

Sonder supports a large number of student placement opportunities via mutual agreement with universities, registered training organisations (RTOs) and other educational institutions.

Some of Sonder’s established placement programs include; Flinders Social Work Student Placement Program and our Public Health Student Placement Program.

We also have general acceptance of Mental Health placements more broadly where students can gain real-world experience in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Disability, Peer Work and other disciplines.
