Getting a Mental Health Treatment Plan
If you do not have a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you can still refer yourself by contacting Sonder on (08) 8209 0710 and we’ll work with you to get one.
This service is delivered at locations across regional SA including; Nuriootpa, Gawler, Eudunda, Strathalbyn, Goolwa, Port Pirie, Clare and Kadina.
Other consulting locations are available and can be discussed wth you.
