Get exercise and nutrition support via Telehealth
Healthy Habits provides free exercise and nutrition support designed to help people to develop long-term healthy lifestyle habits.
Aimed at individuals with or at risk of developing chronic disease, Healthy Habits empowers participants to manage symptoms, prevent complications, and enhance their overall wellbeing.
At Sonder, we are passionate about removing barriers to better health, and we are thrilled to announce that Healthy Habits is now accessible via telehealth, bringing flexibility and convenience to your health journey.
Why telehealth?
We know that attending in-person sessions can be challenging. Telehealth offers participants the flexibility to engage with program content on their own schedule, making it easier to balance work, family, and other commitments.
The telehealth format runs for six weeks and includes:
- Weekly phone appointments with a care coordinator
- A series of digital resources and guides
As always, the program is led by Sonder’s qualified dietitians and exercise physiologists, ensuring you receive professional, up-to-date guidance.
Prefer in-person support?
The in-person Healthy Habits format remains available if you can dedicate time to face-to-face sessions. This format runs for six to eight weeks and includes:
- An initial assessment with an exercise physiologist
- Group exercise sessions
- Optional nutrition guidance
Why participants love Healthy Habits
Healthy Habits provides more than advice — it offers personalised support tailored to your unique needs, with our team tracking your progress and helping you stay on track. You’ll benefit from:
- Personalised support from qualified professionals
- Flexibility with in-person and telehealth options
- A focus on lasting physical and mental health benefits
One participant shared: “Kyle and Cecilia, you do a very good job! I learned so much and I continue to follow this program at home. I am so grateful!”
