Changes to our Walk-in Mental Health Service at Edinburgh North
We are delighted to announce the opening of the new Northern Adelaide Head to Health centre, located at 23 Gillingham Rd, Elizabeth.
Commencing at 5 pm on Monday 15 April 2024, the new service will provide free access to caring and friendly support for adults experiencing distress, suicidal thoughts, or crisis, all within a calm and welcoming environment. No referral or appointment is necessary.
Northern Adelaide Head to Health will operate Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 9 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm to 6.30 pm.
In light of this announcement, please note that our Walk-in Afterhours Mental Health Service, delivered at 2 Peachey Rd, Edinburgh North, will be permanently closing its doors effective Friday 12 April 2024.

Alternatively, you can seek support at Safe Haven, our walk-in mental health service in Salisbury. Operating Tuesday through Friday, from 5 pm to 9 pm, at 9 John St, Salisbury. Safe Haven is staffed by individuals with personal experiences of mental health challenges who can offer an understanding ear about whatever is troubling you.
