Sonder’s 2025 festive season operating hours
Important information for GPs and health professionals
As the festive season approaches, Sonder wishes to inform our valued stakeholders about our office closure and the services that will remain operational to support people during the festive period.
Our offices will close at 5 pm on Thursday 18th December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026.
Individuals referred to Sonder or our headspace centres (Adelaide, Edinburgh North, Marion & Onkaparinga) during this period must be made aware that they may not be contacted until after Monday 5th January 2026.
GPs and health professionals can continue to refer people seeking mental health support into the Medicare Mental Health Phone Service by sending a referral via Healthlink (EDI:adphncru), fax (08 8121 1802), or email MedicareMHps.Adl@neaminational.org.au.
Individuals can also phone the Medicare Mental Health Phone Service directly on 1800 595 212 for advice and connections to available mental health supports from 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
