Information about mental health services at Sonder for new clients

Who is Sonder?

Sonder is a not-for-profit organisation that helps people to live better lives.

Our professional and experienced team deliver a range of primary health care services, including mental health counselling.

We provide support for people living with mental health concerns to improve their wellbeing and pursue a life with meaning, hope and purpose.

We do this by respecting your values and treatment preferences, focusing on and amplifying your strengths, supporting you to work towards personal goals, and by helping you to enhance your self-management skills.
