Sonder, South Australia’s leading provider of mental health services is now providing NDIS services to young people and adults with a psychosocial disability in Adelaide’s southern metropolitan region.

Expanding on the organisation’s existing expertise in the provision of mental health services, today Sonder announces an expansion of their service delivery to provide services through the NDIS for young people and adults with a psychosocial disability.

Sonder’s NDIS Plus services are designed to support young people and adults with a disability to; improve their wellbeing, live active and healthy lives, overcome personal barriers, access personalised and culturally relevant services, and find meaningful employment.

The organisation’s team of multi-disciplinary professionals work with each individual client to understand their unique needs and goals and then facilitate access to a variety of services at Sonder that best meet those needs, including nutrition and exercise, alcohol and/or other drugs, chronic disease management and employment.

This unique, integrated approach to service delivery takes the hassle out of getting the supports the individual needs and ensures they are getting the most out of their NDIS plan.
