headspace During COVID-19: Here for young people

headspace is here to support the mental health of our young people during COVID-19

COVID-19 is creating feelings of uncertainty within the community.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have put rigorous hygiene and physical distancing measures in place at our headspace Centres (headspace Adelaide, Edinburgh North and Onkaparinga) to ensure the safety of young people, family and friends, and staff working in the Centre.

During this time, we are operating a combination of in-person, online and phone services.

We strongly encourage young people who are feeling unwell or experiencing mild respiratory symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough or fever) to please phone before coming in.

headspace Services

headspace is a free service for young people aged 15-25. If you are looking for support with life issues, mental health, wellbeing or work & study, headspace can help.

Supporting young people in challenging times is critical to the wellbeing of our entire community. Our headspace Centres are dedicated to ensuring that those who need it can access help.

To find out more about the services that our headspace Adelaide, Edinburgh North and Onkaparinga Centres’ offer, see our headspace page.
