Self-Advocacy Group

Knowing what you need is one thing; expressing it clearly and confidently is another. This group offers a supportive space to explore how to stand up for yourself in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

Hosted by our Peer Practitioners, this session centres real-world experiences of navigating services, relationships, workplaces, and everyday interactions. Together, we’ll talk about the barriers to speaking up, the fear of being dismissed or misunderstood, and the skills that help us communicate our needs with clarity and confidence.
