Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Join our Parenting Group, an 8-week program for parents or carers of children aged 0 – 11, focused on learning, reflection, and building stronger connections with your child.
By the end of the program, you will:
- Feel more confident in your parenting.
- Understand your child’s behaviour and emotional needs.
- Learn practical, evidence-based parenting strategies.
- Connect with other parents in a supportive environment.

You’re welcome to join for the full 8 weeks, or attend whichever sessions work for you! Please note: this group is for parents only; children do not attend sessions.
