Our Healthy Habits Walking Group is for adults (16+) living with, or at risk of, chronic health conditions, and is designed to be inclusive, supportive and community-focused.
What to expect:
- Scenic, beginner-friendly walks.
- Mostly flat track with gentle slopes.
- Welcoming pace: no pressure, no competition.
- Led by qualified Exercise Physiology & Nutrition professionals.
- Time to walk, chat and connect.
