Our Healthy Habits Walking Group is for adults (16+) living with, or at risk of, chronic health conditions, and is designed to be inclusive, supportive and community-focused.

What to expect:

  • Scenic, beginner-friendly walks.
  • Mostly flat track with gentle slopes.
  • Welcoming pace: no pressure, no competition.
  • Led by qualified Exercise Physiology & Nutrition professionals.
  • Time to walk, chat and connect.
