This is a judgement-free space to learn, reflect, and build skills that support safer, more confident expression of strong emotions.
Hosted by our Peer Practitioners and grounded in lived experience, this session invites open conversation about the impact anger can have on our relationships, our bodies, and our sense of self. Rather than labelling anger as “good” or “bad,” we’ll focus on recognising it early, unpacking what sits underneath it, and developing strategies that allow strong feelings to move through us without causing harm to ourselves or others.
