Can’t make your appointment? Let us know early

We understand that unexpected things can come up and make it hard to attend your appointment.

Letting us know in advance helps us support you — and others — better.

When you miss an appointment or cancel too late, we cannot offer the appointment to another person. This means that someone misses out on receiving
support.

Too much time between appointments can affect your wellbeing. Attending appointments when they are scheduled helps to keep you on track of your goals

If you need to cancel:

  • Let us know at least one business day in advance so we can offer the appointment to someone else who needs support.

If you miss or cancel late twice:

  • We’ll reach out to talk about your reasons and your options for ongoing support.
