Boundaries Group

Many of us struggle to say no, to ask for what we need, or to recognise where our responsibility ends and someone else’s begins. This group creates space to explore boundaries in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

Hosted by our Peer Practitioners , this session invites honest conversation about the challenges of maintaining healthy limits in relationships, caring roles, workplaces, and community spaces. Together, we’ll reflect on what boundaries are (and what they aren’t), why they can feel uncomfortable, and how they protect both our wellbeing and our relationships.
