Our 715 General Practice Support staff are Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Aboriginal Health Workers.
Our team have vast experience in supporting and facilitating 715 Aboriginal Health Checks.
Sonder’s 715 General Practice Support program is available to practices located in Onkaparinga, Playford, Port Adelaide and Salisbury.
