Join our reference group and start making a difference, today
Sonder’s Aboriginal Health Reference Groups operate in metropolitan Adelaide and country SA.
The Reference Groups ensure that people accessing Sonder’s Aboriginal Health program are able to talk about their service needs. The findings of the reference group assist us with the planning and delivery of quality, culturally appropriate services across Sonder.
Members of the Reference Group have a direct impact on improving health outcomes for the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
We want to hear from you if you:
- Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, or;
- Work as a professional in Aboriginal Health, or;
- Are a community member who uses Aboriginal health services.
The Aboriginal Health Reference Group meet quarterly. The group is facilitated and coordinated by our Indigenous Health Project Officers.
Aboriginal Health Reference group members who participate in the meetings are remunerated with a sitting fee for a maximum of 2 hours.
To register your interest, complete our application form and return to Sonder using one of the submission options.
