Our friendly facilitators will guide you through a series of weekly exercise and nutrition programs, personalised to meet your individual needs.
You’ll also have access to allied health professionals to help manage your health, as well as mental health services to improve your wellbeing.

The Healthy Habits staff are highly skilled and experienced Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses and Mental Health Clinicians.
The team work together to support you to make and sustain healthy lifestyle habits.
Healthy Habits is delivered from community and fitness centres in locations across Country South Australia, including Yorke Peninsula, Clare, Port
Lincoln, Port Augusta, Port Pirie and Whyalla.

Our Wellbeing Coaches can support you to manage concerns, develop strategies to improve your wellbeing and strengthen your social support networks.
They can support you to maintain your healthy lifestyle habits if you are experiencing:
Wellbeing Coaches provide phone-based support and appointments are only 30 minutes in duration. This means you can access the Wellbeing Service while balancing other commitments, such as work or study, and in a place where you feel comfortable.
