We offer a range of therapeutic groups & workshops to help improve your mental health and wellbeing

In response to the social distancing requirements to limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), Sonder is not currently offering group sessions.

For young people

Our groups & workshops for young people are aimed at people aged 12-25 and are delivered at our headspace Centres - Adelaide, Edinburgh North and Onkaparinga.

  • Artspace

    Join our monthly Artspace Group and unwind with creative activities like art, performance or music while connecting with new friends.

  • Self-Care

    Explore things you can do to improve your quality of life. Discuss topics such as: fostering dreams and goals, diet and exercise, values, gratitude and making.

  • Setting Smart Goals

    Got ideas or goals you would like help with to achieve? Find advice on where to start, learn motivation skills and understand how to set realistic goals and create action plans.

  • Understanding Anxiety

    Learn new ways to cope with anxious thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Be introduced to new and interesting strategies that actually work and have fun while learning about something serious.

  • Understanding Depression

    Learn new ways to cope with anxious thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Be introduced to new and interesting strategies that actually work and have fun while learning about something serious.

  • Cafe Club

    Looking to meet new friends? Break the ice and join our Café Club. A welcoming and friendly group for casual meet-ups, chats, laughs and a warm or cold drink (if you feel like it!).

  • Chillspace

    Have fun with us at chillspace with gaming, board games, colouring, drawing and making new friends.

  • Family & Friends

    Come along for a tea or coffee, learn more about youth mental health and find strategies for supporting young people. Hear from others and share your experiences in your caring role.

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation

    Interested in learning new ways of coping with difficult feelings and emotions? Our Mindfulness and Relaxation Workshops will help you discover coping techniques to use anytime, anywhere.

  • Move For Your Mood

    Did you know being active can improve your mental health? Move For Your Mood is designed to cater to your physical exercise needs, whether you have just started or are already on your exercise journey.

  • Social Prescription

    Come along for some expressive movement. Learn grounding skills in a fun inclusive environment.

For adults

We offer groups & workshops for adults aged 14 and over at our Sonder Centres. Get access to qualified Mental Health Clinicians with no GP referral required.
