Wellness Ways for Women is a free 6-week program supporting women aged 16+ to build healthier habits that actually stick.

What to expect

Join us for a welcoming and practical program that covers:
  • Smarter snack choices and food label reading.
  • Nutrition and exercise myths (finally debunked!).
  • Sleep and wellbeing essentials.
  • Gentle, guided exercise with an Exercise Physiologist.

Each session includes a 45-minute info session followed by a 45-minute gentle exercise session.

  • Every Wednesday from 25 Feb – 1 Apr 2026.
  • 1.00 pm – 2.30 pm.
  • Charleston Memorial Hall, 1 – 5 Newman Rd, Charleston.
