What to expect
Join us for a welcoming and practical program that covers:
- Smarter snack choices and food label reading.
- Nutrition and exercise myths (finally debunked!).
- Sleep and wellbeing essentials.
- Gentle, guided exercise with an Exercise Physiologist.
Each session includes a 45-minute info session followed by a 45-minute gentle exercise session.
