Sonder’s Christmas Operating Hours

An important message for all stakeholders

As the festive season approaches, Sonder would like to remind stakeholders that our offices will be closed for 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Year period.

Our offices will close on Tuesday 22nd December 2020

and will reopen on Thursday 7th January 2021

Throughout the closure period, general practices can continue to send mental health referrals for Sonder’s metropolitan programs to Adelaide PHN’s Central Referral Unit via Secure Messaging (ReferralNet or Argus) – Name: Central Referral Unit URN: refnet:CRU

Throughout the Christmas period, Adelaide PHN’s CRU will be operating between 9.00am-12.00pm Monday to Friday (not including public holidays) to process priority and suicide prevention referrals only

Sonder’s Suicide Prevention Service remains open during the closure period, with referrals processed through the CRU.

General practices can send mental health referrals for Sonder’s Gawler-Barossa programs directly to Sonder via fax (08) 8252 9433 or email to info@sonder.net.au

Clients referred to Sonder or our headspace Centres (Adelaide, Edinburgh North & Onkaparinga) during this period must be aware that they may not be contacted by Sonder until after Thursday 7th January 2021.

headspace Adelaide’s Early Psychosis program will be operating throughout the closure period, including public holidays. Contact 0475 989 619 for more information. Referrals can be faxed to 1800 732 193 or completed online


Our Walk-in After-hours Mental Health Service remains open during the closure period

Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday from 5 pm – 10 pm

No appointment or referral required
