headspace Onkaparinga is a free, youth friendly mental health service for young people aged 12-25 years. At headspace you can get help for your mental health issues and/or vocational needs, accommodation, alcohol and substance use issues.
headspace Onkaparinga will help you to access the right type of worker to support your needs. This could be a mental health clinician, youth worker, GP/ doctor, or specialist in vocational, accommodation, alcohol and/or substance use issues.
You can referred to headspace by your GP/doctor using a Mental Health Treatment Plan. You can also be referred by a community organisation (such as your school) using a community referral form (https://www.headspace.org.au/assets/Uploads/Centres/Onkaparinga/hO-Referral-Form-.pdf).
